Waldeck Associates Ltd are design consultants, centrally UK based, providing front-line advice to the construction and property industry.

We operate a commercially driven service for our Clients throughout the UK on projects up to the value of £50 Million and annually, are involved with approximately £150 million of construction capital investment. We have an established reputation for delivering a rapid and commercial service.

Our staff have a tremendous depth of experience in a diverse range of development and investment work and we have developed a common philosophy, which can be summarised as follows:

• Each Client is the responsibility of a single Director and that Director is closely involved with the key aspects of each project to ensure that consistent quality is attained.
• We focus on effective communication as a key principle in ensuring that our customers’ requirements are fully understood and that the intended solution is thoroughly engineered, tested, valued and efficiently communicated.
