The refurbishment of the St Johns Workhouse, a Grade II Listed Building, for Lincolnshire County Council received a major award for Conservation from the RICS, working in conjunction with English Heritage.

The building has been sensitively restored, converted and extended to create a resource centre for the disabled.

The Client, Tim Benton Architects, Heritage Trust for Lincolnshire and Waldeck Associates representatives are pictured receiving the award.
