Southgate Sleaford

This proposed development is split into three principle buildings. Each of the main buildings are made up of ground floor retail/commercial uses with upper floors containing residential accommodation.

The site lies in the centre of Sleaford’s Conservation Area, thus consideration was needed at the design stage to reflect local surroundings.

In carrying out the works an overall environmental improvement of the site and, for that matter, its immediate surroundings would be achieved.

Due to the nature of the ground conditions a piling and reinforced ground beam solution was adopted for foundations.
