Works are ahead of program to develop a two and three storey timber framed apartment block for Chestnut Homes, compromising of 17 individual apartments.

Ground conditions, together with a high water table meant that a piled ground beam solution was adopted for foundations. A further block of 9 apartments is now planned for the site.
